The need for a coherent crisis exit model based on sustainable development renders necessary the organizational cybernetic models for completion of classic econometric models measuring the flows without considering the reporting of structural type. The following model of governance through stakeholder co-participation and assignment of responsibilities on competence networks preserves the pyramidal system of state and supplements with professional networks, having specific actions and expertise and being able to collaborate through IT means. The model’s coherence is given by the directions of the vectors which follow an uninterrupted or non-conflicting flow, thus the contradictions between programmes being certainly eliminated. On the other hand, the sustainability of the assembly is given by the structure which is fundamentally a triangulated category where any commutative diagram is generated by three cycles, and each cycle is generated by three commutative diagrams, consequently composing a self-sustainable assembly. The final theoretic model is a triangulated category of dissipative systems in a homology relationship with each other, constituting a balanced vector and fractal structures developing mirror symmetry.

The current issues concerning the environmental crisis are mainly due to the linear and quantitative style of thinking, reductionist and dichotomous that has been traditionally used by Aristotle.
These ways of thinking led to a quantitative evaluation type of processes deeply imbued with the quality of the natural environment, which transposed the economy style based on consumption and industry development designed to satisfy human tastes. These have led to a profound imbalance of the environmental stability.
Solving this problem depends on the style of thinking in a complex relation to the balance between man, economy, technology and the natural environment. In this case, essential in balancing these mutual relationships are the recognition behavioral patterns created by the feedbacks between all components of the complex systems and the understanding of the connections and dynamics on several levels of complexity that are established between the four entities listed. This can be done by cyber approach, fractal, dynamic and complex analysis of the relationships reality.
To better understand the necessity of such an approach, it is enough to note that Earth can always form other ecosystems and other food chains as a result of industrial type of human action, those who lose in this match being the human species. For example, industrial pollutants have led to the poisoning of ocean waters with nutrients for certain primitive species (cyanobacteria, red algae, jellyfish, etc.) which were formed in an environment with similar chemical structure and in a climate similar to that produced by the global warming.
